Medical Benefits
PLANSEE USA offers a comprehensive medical plan. Employee deductions are pre-tax. Coverage is provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield and offers HMO and POS options. A PPO option is available only for employees who reside outside the New England area. Each option also includes prescription and vision services.
Dental Coverage
Coverage is provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA. The plan provides coverage for a full range of routine, preventive and restorative services. Employee deductions are on a pre-tax basis.
Life Insurance
Basic group term life is available at two times an employee’s annual benefits salary to a maximum of $300,000. PLANSEE USA also covers the employee’s spouse and dependent children who are full-time students up to age 23.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment is also provided at two times the employee’s salary.
Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer both a Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. These accounts are designed to reimburse you for out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses. Examples of eligible expenses are deductibles, co-pays, prescription eyeglasses, vision exams, dental expenses, daycare, after school care and elder care. Employee contributions are made on a pre-tax basis.
Retirement Savings
PLANSEE USA offers a 401(k) savings plan where employees may contribute a portion of their pay, on a pre-tax basis up to the annual IRS deferral limit. PLANSEE USA will match 50% of contributions up to 6% of eligible compensation.

PLANSEE USA has ten paid holidays each calendar year.

This program is available to employees and their family members to help address life’s daily challenges from workplace stress to family issues such as parenting, education, aging, financial and legal questions, addiction and recovery and emotional health.
Educational Assistance Program
PLANSEE USA encourages professional development by providing financial assistance for educational purposes. The plan approves for courses that are job related and reimburses 100% for tuition, lab fees, and required textbooks upon successful completion.
