Sintering Boats, Stacking Sheets and Base Plates
For various sintering and annealing processes, for example in metal injection moulding (MIM), in lamp manufacturing, in the production of fuel elements for nuclear power or in the production of tantalum capacitors, PLANSEE furnace boats and stacking sheets are used to bring the workpiece into the furnace. In pusher furnaces the sintering boats are usually placed on heavy base plates (skids), which take the pushing force.
