We are pleased to inform you that effective December 2007 Schwarzkopf Technologies LLC (STC) changed its name to PLANSEE USA LLC.

In 1939, Schwarzkopf Technologies was incorporated in the USA by Dr. Paul Schwarzkopf, the founder of PLANSEE, and for almost seven decades has contributed to the success of the PLANSEE Group.  Successfully positioned in North America for products and components made of high performance materials, Schwarzkopf will now operate jointly under one name with the PLANSEE Group.

This name change will allow our customers, vendors, and other business partners to benefit from the power of the international PLANSEE brand and the syngergies generated within the group.  Our expertise and high level of flexibility will open new markets for PLANSEE USA and guarantee a major role in the future development of cutting edge technology.
